Rising Son Coffee collects information you voluntarily provide through this website, such as your name, email address, coffee preferences, possible order quantity, current coffee brand, usual bag-size and price ranges, purchase frequency, coffee form, purchase channel, product decision factors, referral source, consent selection, and comments or switching feedback. If you submit a reservation, we also include campaign parameters in the page link (source, medium, campaign, content and term) and the referring website domain when available. We do not collect the full referring page address through those fields.
How we use it
We use this information to manage Founding 40 reservations and feedback, send the updates you request, understand product and market preferences, evaluate potential product size, pricing and fulfillment decisions, understand referral sources, and prepare the Rising Son Coffee launch. Survey responses are self-reported research signals and are not treated as verified purchasing history. Reserving a Founding 40 place is not a preorder, purchase or investment.
Service providers
Information submitted through the Founding 40 form may be processed by service providers used to host the website, deliver form submissions, email us, or otherwise operate the launch site. We do not intentionally sell the personal information submitted through this form.
Your choices
You can ask to stop receiving Founding 40 or launch updates, or ask us to address information you submitted, by contacting hello@therisingsoncoffee.com. We will update this notice as ordering, subscriptions, analytics, or other data practices are introduced rather than describing systems that are not yet live.
Security and minimization
We aim to collect only information useful for Founding 40 participation, product research and launch operations. Do not send payment-card numbers, passwords, government identifiers, or other sensitive information through the Founding 40 form.

This notice may be updated as the website, ordering system, and business operations develop. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
